Online Vendor Application

Please read the following information before submitting the online vendor application:

CRAZY Vendor BOOTH FEES:

Before August 1st- $100 — Non-Profit $85

After August 1st- $135 — Non-Profit $115

1. Payment must accompany application form.
2. Color photos of items to be sold are appreciated and should accompany applications. All photos become the property of the Crazy Water Festival Planning Committee archives.
3. Craft/Sales Booths which contain handcrafted items will be given first priority. No beverages or foods may be sold or distributed from Craft/Sales booths.
4. Applicants with the CRAZIEST, most original, creative and unique crafts that mirror our Craziness will receive priority.

CRAZY FOOD BOOTH FEES:
$180, Non-Profit $160

1. Because this is the Crazy Water Festival no waters other than Crazy Water can be sold or given away at Festival. To order water to have available in your booth call, Famous Mineral Water Co. at (940) 325-8870.
2. Crazy Water Festival will be responsible for the sale of any alcoholic beverages. No alcoholic beverages may be sold by a booth.
3. Designation of specific food, drink, or frozen drink categories must be made at time of application and will be considered on a first come first serve basis. You will be contacted if both categories have already been selected. Prices must be displayed during festival hours for attendees to view easily.
4. Once accepted, food categories may not be changed without prior approval.
5. Photos of your food unit should accompany your application.
6. All food vendors must provide their own trash can. Vendors are responsible for trash removal at the end of the day. DUMPING OF GREASE OR OTHER FOOD WASTE IS NOT ALLOWED ($200 FINE).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1. Festival hours are 9am-5pm. Booths must remain open until 5:00 pm. NO EXCEPTIONS.
2. Vehicles must be out of the barricaded festival area by 8:00 am and will not be allowed back until after 5:15 pm. ANY VEHICLES LEFT INSIDE FESTIVAL GROUNDS AFTER 8:00AM WILL BE TOWED………NO EXCEPTIONS.
3. Vendors will only be permitted to sell/promote/advertise those items which are listed on their application.
4. Any violators to any rules listed on this application will not be invited back to the CRAZY WATER FESTIVAL.
5. No solicitation, sales or marketing outside your booth area.
6. Electricity is $30 per 110 volt plug and $55 per 220 volt plug. Please do not request electricity unless absolutely necessary.
7. Vendors will be assigned a specific location designated by area and booth number. This festival is based on a first come first serve basis and returning vendors will get approximately the same spot from prior year if application is received on time, unless vendor requests new location. BOOTH LOCATION REQUESTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED, BUT EVERY EFFORT WILL BE MADE TO ACCOMODATE SPECIFIC REQUESTS BY PARTICIPANTS.
8. Set-up times are Friday (5:00pm-8:00pm) and Saturday Morning (6:00am-7:30am) The festival grounds are fenced and gates locked but the Crazy Water Festival shall not be liable for loss or damage to vendors’ property
9. Vendors are to furnish their own chairs, tables, awnings, umbrellas, and 100 ft extension cord.
10. Each vendor will be responsible for his or her own trash clean up.
11. Applicants will receive notification of rejection by September 1st. No refund will be made for cancellation or removal for cause.
12. NSF Checks must be replaced with a cashier’s check or money order. No vendor will be accepted who has not redeemed a NSF check and paid the NSF Check fee of $25.
13. ABSOLUTELY NO GENERATORS WILL BE PERMITTED.

POLICY OF MINERAL WELLS FIRE/EMS 

  • Food Trucks, Special Events, and Outside Cooking. Not including residential properties.
  • Appliances that produce “grease laden vapors” used for commercial purposes require a Type I vent hood system including a UL 300 approved fire suppression system. Currently tagged and serviced (within 6 months).
  • Cooking that produces grease laden vapor require a Class K fire extinguisher within 30 ft. of appliance. Currently tagged and serviced (within 1 year).
  • Propane cylinders larger than 2.5 pounds shall be kept outside.
  • Propane cylinders larger than 125 pounds must be kept a minimum of 5 ft. away from lot lines, buildings, and public ways.
  • Propane cylinders must be secured.
